- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work Model: On-Site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
- Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization

- Fluent German and good English communication skills

What You'll Do
- Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries
- Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
