What You'll Do

  • Support SMB clients via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns and platform usage
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (ads delivery, platform bugs)
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize client performance
  • Share product feedback with internal teams

Requirements

  • Russian (C2) and English (C1+)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset with empathy
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate complex situations
  • Basic computer skills (advanced skills are a plus)
