We are hiring a Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (Portuguese Speaker) to join one of our global clients operations teams in Dublin City Centre. This is a fully office-based role supporting high-impact content quality and risk review workflows for a major international platform.

Role Overview

You will support the quality review of complex workflows managed by our clients Global Operations / Global Risk Operations teams, including:

  • Content Moderation Quality Review, covering areas such as:

    • Violence and credible threats

    • Self-harm

    • Fraud, theft, impersonation, and privacy violations

    • Hate speech and bullying

    • Phishing, spam, malware

    • Child exploitation

    • Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation

  • ID Review and authenticity/access flows

  • Escalations and special risk cases

  • Review of viral/meme content (HERO) and Dangerous Organizations (DOI)
  • Applying nuanced policy decisions with strong cultural and regional awareness for the supported market

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Portuguese (written & spoken)

  • Minimum 6 months of Content Moderation experience (required)

  • Strong critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment

  • Ability to handle sensitive content professionally

  • Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset

Schedule & Training

  • Fully flexible shifts between Mon–Sun, 08:00–19:00

  • 4 weeks of on-site training in Dublin

  • No holiday requests allowed during the first 8 weeks (training period)
