We are hiring a German-speaking Quality Expert Reviewer to join our clients Global Operations team in Dublin.

This is not a standard moderation role. This is a quality-focused Trust & Safety position, where your expertise ensures that moderation decisions meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.

Your Impact

As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will:

• Review and evaluate moderation decisions for accuracy and policy alignment

• Provide structured feedback to moderation teams

• Handle complex escalation cases

• Assess high-risk content categories including:

• Apply strong German cultural and contextual understanding to nuanced decisions

• Support Global Risk Operations workflows (HERO / DOI content areas)

Your work directly contributes to the safety and integrity of a global online platform.
