What You'll Do

• Deploy ML models into production environments

• Design and implement GenAI / LLM-based solutions

• Build and manage:

  • Data pipelines (Spark / Databricks)

  • ML lifecycle systems

  • MLOps / LLMOps frameworks

• Support Data Science teams in:

  • Production readiness

  • Best practices

• Present solutions and create technical documentation

• Work cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has taken ML/GenAI models from prototype production
• Strong in data pipelines + ML systems + cloud integration
• Comfortable working with:
  • Data Scientists
  • Business stakeholders
• Thinks in scalability, reliability, and systems design

Bonus:

• Experience building MLOps frameworks from scratch
• Consulting / client-facing exposure
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Engineering / Backend / ML Engineering

• 5+ years writing production-grade Python

• 3+ years working with ML systems in production

• 1+ year hands-on GenAI / LLM experience

• Practical experience with:

  • MLOps / LLMOps (Azure ML / Azure AI preferred)

  • Databricks + Spark/PySpark

  • Cloud (Azure or GCP)
