What You'll Do

Design and own complex integration systems (EHR / EMR / APIs)

Map and understand undocumented or legacy systems

Build reliable backend systems with:

Own production:

Runbooks

Incident handling

System reliability

Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Engage with open-source ecosystems (debugging, contributing, extending)

What We're Looking For

5+ years of backend engineering experience
