Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Languages: C-Level German or Dutch + fluent English

We are building a high-performing Business Development function to support continued growth across the EMEA market. We are therefore seeking Business Developer Representatives with a strong commercial mindset, structured working style, and the ability to engage senior decision-makers in a professional B2B context.

This role is designed for candidates who are motivated by performance, quality execution, and long-term career development within an international sales environment.

Role Focus

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound engagement

Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts and prospects

Conducting structured, value-based conversations with decision-makers

Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems

Working towards defined individual and team performance objectives

Candidate Profile

C-Level German or Dutch and fluent English

Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability

Comfortable working with performance targets and structured KPIs

High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
