Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns across Europe
  • Take full ownership of customer cases and coordinate solutions from start to finish
  • Communicate regularly with customers, repair centers, and service partners
  • Provide timely updates regarding repair progress and service status
  • Coordinate with dealers and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication
  • Identify solutions and alternative approaches when unexpected challenges arise
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multicultural and multilingual environment

Requirements

  • Fluent German and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Proactive and productive problem-solving approach
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
